The sunny community of Oceanside, California was rocked by scandal on March 15th, 2016 when Hanover High School found 27 faculty cars vandalised with phallic images. Known dick-drawer and troublemaker Dylan Maxwell was quickly blamed and expelled by School Administrators, but the perpetual prankster maintained his innocence.
Determined to uncover the truth, classmates Peter Maldonado and Sam Ecklund create a documentary investigating details of the incident. Everyone has a secret.
