Suranne Jones (VINCENT, HARLEY STREET) stars as a woman newly released from prison after serving 15 years for murder. Whilst re-adjusting to life outside, Ruth Slater (Jones) dreams of being reunited with the younger sister she left behind. However, the two sons of one of her victims, Kieran and Steve, are in no mood to forgive, and set about planning their revenge. As Ruth faces the threat of her secrets being exposed destroying the new relationships she's managed to build, Steve lurks in the shadows biding his time before he settles his score.
